About Me:
My friends call me Paula. I am 61 yrs old. And I am the mother of three sons: Bob, 41, living; Joe, 40, deceased; Kevin, 31, living. Grandmother of Mercedes, 16, surviving daughter of Joe. Soon to be Grandmother Baby Boy, July 2015, Kevin and Julienne.
About my Loss:
My granddaughter, Mercedes, and her Mom, Sherry, came to my home Feb. 22, 2015 to tell me that my son, Mercedes' dad had died doe to a drug overdose. Other members of my family we made aware of Joe's death through FB and made every effort to be with me, as not to be alone when I heard. Everything has changed that split second...that was three months ago when part of me also died.

Grandma sewing room

So I am almost done with cleaning my grandmas sewing room that wasn’t touched in 10 years because of all the mess, but now that she passed away 2 days ago, I don’t know if I should continue, I wanna finish what I started but I don’t know what to do, my grandpa is still alive and I don’t want to leave this burden on him.See More
