I am so sorry for the loss of your husband and best friend. My husband died in a similar way...one minute everything was fine, we were going about our normal routine and the next minute minute he was dead. A year has passed since my husband died (11/12/2009) and the pain is still unbelievable. You never stop missing your best friend and your husband's death was so recent. I'm glad you found this website. I have found a lot of support here. While I still struggle to heal, I have learned that people have well meaning advice, but there is no "right" way to grieve or time table for your grief. Do what feels right for you.
