About Me:
I'm 52 years old, I have 2 Girls ages 29 & 34.
I have a cleaning business where I live in West Virginia.
About my Loss:
My husband and I had been married for 15 years. He was my best friend. We did almost everything together except going to his job. At this last Christmas (2012) I had bought us a membership to the YMCA. We had went there everyday since January. We would start out jogging a mile which we had to work up to, and then we would lift weights and then swim. We would spend between an hour and a half to 2 hours each day working out. Last month we were jogging and he dropped dead. I'm having alot of trouble dealing with this. I feel like I'm in a fog and it won't lift. I can't believe the world keeps going on when I can't.
