Profile Information

About Me:
I am an artist, pet lover, and dancer through life. I have a wonderful partner who has stood by my side through these difficult times, but the grieving process is a long road and sometimes it is easier to talk to others who have gone through similar things.
About my Loss:
My father battled cancer for years, but last year was diagnosed with stage four melanoma in his sternum, lungs and skull. I became his primary care giver through hospice and from january to may when he passed took care of him as best i could. over the course of this year I also lost my aunt and uncle, and friends Lisa and Broughty.On top of the loss of my father I am still struggling re finding myself. Some days I am fine while others I can't get myself to leave the house, writing and art have been the main things to get me through this.

Grandma sewing room

So I am almost done with cleaning my grandmas sewing room that wasn’t touched in 10 years because of all the mess, but now that she passed away 2 days ago, I don’t know if I should continue, I wanna finish what I started but I don’t know what to do, my grandpa is still alive and I don’t want to leave this burden on him.See More
