About Me:
I have three children aged 14, 9 and 6. I work at asda and am 35 years old
About my Loss:
I lost my mum on the 4th December and I don't feel I can ever be the same person again, my mum was also my best friend and I feel like my heart has broken into a million pieces. Xmas wasn't the same as much as we tried for the kids sake it just didn't feel right as she was the life and sole of any party.
My mum only got ill 6 months ago and it took them a month to realise that she had cancer but they were hopeful that they could operate and it be successful but 2 months later they operated and couldn't do anything as it had spread too far to quickly, I spent 5 weeks everyday and night by her side and was with her when she passed away but I can't help but feel I let her down as she so wanted to come home to mine but the one time I tried it I couldn't cope looking after her as she kept catching infections. The pain I feel inside I can't begin to explain and it doesn't matter how many people tell me that she would have been proud of me I need to hear it from her and I know that's never gonna happen, I'm breaking up inside so much.

Grandma sewing room

So I am almost done with cleaning my grandmas sewing room that wasn’t touched in 10 years because of all the mess, but now that she passed away 2 days ago, I don’t know if I should continue, I wanna finish what I started but I don’t know what to do, my grandpa is still alive and I don’t want to leave this burden on him.See More
