About Me:
I am 28 years old from a small town in Ohio. I am married to a wonderful man and we have 1 kid (he is from a previous relationship of my husbands). I am currently living with my grandma to help take care of her.
About my Loss:
I lost my father on November 15,2016. He went in to a routine heart cath and he never made it out. We spent all day from 9am till 9pm at the hospital. They first came out and told us that my dad was fine and they had to put a stent in. A couple hours had passed and then they came and told us he coded and was unresponsive for 50 minutes but they got him back and they were going to lower his body temperature and put him in a medically induced coma for 72 hours and that he would be transferred into ICU. So we went up to ICU and waited for a couple more hours by the time my father got to the ICU, he had a tube in his throat and was bleeding everywhere and my mom and I were told we needed to think about making a decision about continuing care. We made the only decision we could, we had to let my dad go. Even if he would have pulled thru he wouldn't be the same man. So we all said our goodbyes, he was surrounded by his family when he went.

Grandma sewing room

So I am almost done with cleaning my grandmas sewing room that wasn’t touched in 10 years because of all the mess, but now that she passed away 2 days ago, I don’t know if I should continue, I wanna finish what I started but I don’t know what to do, my grandpa is still alive and I don’t want to leave this burden on him.See More
