About my Loss:
I lost My son Matthew 7 years ago today - he died of a heroin overdose. Tonight, I am thinking about him,every day I think of him x Yesterday I walked with friends and family a 28 mile walk to raise money for a local hospice. We do it every year, to make a sad day, a day when we come together and make his life a tribute and to help others. but tonight, the walk is not enough, he is My son and I miss him so much x I still feel guilt, I wish I could have shown him loved him more x He has a son to be proud of and he was only 8 when his Dad died x Heroin is awful leaves people ashamed, but I am not ashamed of My son, he was a beautiful caring person x

Grandma sewing room
