Hi Melissa, First I am deeply sorry for your loss. I can honestly say I know how you feel. I am so glad that you are in couseling. That helped me  a great deal, I think just to have someone to talk about it. Its been 8 months since I lost my boyfriend, I still miss him alot and all the emotions you are feeling right now come flooding back, but I know people have probably told you this and can't imagine that you will ever get over the grief,  but you will get better but it takes time. I did not know what to do when my boyfriend passed away and at times felt like I was just going crazy from the grief , but with the help of God,family and friends I am getting through it. Keep with your counseling and take it one day at a time and if need be, one hour at a time.....Take care Melissa and I hope I was able to help some
