- Loss my husband 5yrs ago 3 months later lost my birth mom 2yrs ago lost my mom that raised & legally adopted me from 10 days old my aunt (birth mothers sister) that I became exstreamly close with through out my life i just found out she is suffering with the same cancer that took my husbands life and she is gonna let it take her without a fight because drinking is most important to her
