About Me:
I am a mother of beautiful girl (Daniyah). I am 28yrs old and work in a local Bank. I lost my husband to cancer on 19th August, 2011. Never thought i would be walking on this road all lone without him. but this is life !!!! I miss him so and want him back to come and hold my hand...
About my Loss:
I lost my husband on 19th August, 2011, he was suffering from Lymphoma. We celebrated our 3rd wedding anniversary on 4th of august and he left us alone in this world on 19th of august. He was brave person and fought with his illness for almost 2 years. He was in so much pain during his last days and I was with him in hospital holding his hand when he left this world. That was worst day of my life ....He was a loving n caring husband n father. Our daughter Daniyah is missing him badly..... I miss my husband .....Daniyah still thinks her daddy will return soon….
Every night she says: “Daddy is with GOD and He is going to take away all his pain and soon he will come back to us and take me to Park “

Dear Masoom,

Your story and your pictures deeply touched me. You are a very strong woman. I cannot imagine loosing the man that I love. I lost my mother in June. Living with such horrible war going on where you live is something we Americans often take for granted. Please accept my friendship. Sue

Thanks, it's been better knowing that I'm not alone in this.  I hope you find some peace and happiness in your daugher's and your life soon. I know your daugher will be proud of her parents some day.

thanks for the reply. I understand that they are hurting equally or maybe even more than me. But I just feel I like I have lost everything about him and to have have them thinking i was the worst thing to ever enter in his life and I just LET him drive away that night rips my heart open somedays.

I'm so sorry to hear about your husband and your's battle with cancer. It's an evil illness and you don't hold any blame. You daughter has a very strong mother to look up to and will have your memories to keep her father in her heart.

Glad to know you are doing ok. We have those bad days, wherein we just want to run away without no where to go. Just wanting to give up. I too, miss my husband so very much. My son, Sebastian, who is 2, gets me up and going. He is full of energy and wants to simply play all the time. I thank God for having my son, who is the result of the great and huge love my husband and I shared.
