About Me:
I'm 58 years old. I lost my husband of 10 years to brain cancer in Oct of 2014. Then in Jan of 2015 I lost my oldest son. My husband was 58 and my son was 38. I thought when I lost my husband that was the hardest thing that I would every go thur then I lost my son. I felt I had not even had time to deal with the lost of my husband when I lost my son.
About my Loss:
When I lost my husband he had surgery in June of 2014 then in Oct of 2014 he lost the battle with his cancer. He wasn't able to talk after his 1st surgery. We worked hard together. He had wanted to go home after we found out the cancer was back on Oct 3rd 2014. We were told he had 2 months but only had 1 week. Then in Jan I received a text that my son was taken to the hospital with all organs closing down. He lived 1 week from the time I received the text. Still don't know what he died of.

My Fathers Loss

Many years ago, I lost my father after his battle with colon cancer that later spread to his bones. The grief stayed with me longer than I expected. Ambrosia Behavioral Health helped me work through that loss, understand my emotions, and find healthier ways to cope and move forward. https://www.ambrosiatc.comSee More
