Profile Information

About Me:
I'm a quite active and interested girl in her early twenties. I enjoy what I do, love travelling and getting to know all that's out there. I am aware of the fact that life has so far treated me very kindly, and maybe that makes being so helplessly sad now even worse for me to cope with.
About my Loss:
About two months ago I received a call from my mom saying that my dad had had a heart attack and couldn't be reanimated. There had been no sign whatsoever, he was healthy and fit and I had seen him just a day before. I guess you can tell by the fact that I'm on here that I'm not doing great. I am trying hard to keep up my strength, and of all people in my family I am probably the one everyone expected to be the strongest, but I am having a really hard time and trying to find ways to cope.

My Fathers Loss

Many years ago, I lost my father after his battle with colon cancer that later spread to his bones. The grief stayed with me longer than I expected. Ambrosia Behavioral Health helped me work through that loss, understand my emotions, and find healthier ways to cope and move forward. https://www.ambrosiatc.comSee More
