About Me:
I'm a 37year old black male
About my Loss:
First let me start by saying my husband and I have the same first name. So I refer to him as my M. (M&M)
I lost my M 2years ago to cancer. I feel really down sometimes and I find myself getting angry with God for taking M away. I try to keep myself busy and not think about M being gone, but I can't help it because every time I see couples hugged up or walking hand in hand I get sad. I gave M my all for 12years and now I don't know to move on. I feel like everybody has something to live for but my M gone. I know he wouldn't want me to wallow in sorrow but I want and miss him so bad. The thing that makes it worse is I never considered marrying a man, but if he would have lived to see same sex marriage go into law we would have been the first ones in line. I can't even think about going out to meet new ppl because my heart is still tied to him. M&M forever

My Fathers Loss

Many years ago, I lost my father after his battle with colon cancer that later spread to his bones. The grief stayed with me longer than I expected. Ambrosia Behavioral Health helped me work through that loss, understand my emotions, and find healthier ways to cope and move forward. https://www.ambrosiatc.comSee More
