About Me:
I am married, I have an amazing son, and an awesome dog. I am going back to school. I love volunteering and working my community and animal groups. I love to just watch the sky, clouds, stars and moon. I enjoy the beach the sounds, warmth and smells.
About my Loss:
I lost my mother in July of 2013. We were aware of her illness since the late 90's when she was diagnosed with Hep C, which she got from a blood transfusion back in the 70's. We knew she only had so much time, in fact the doctors told her she had only two years left well that lead to over a decade more, they were wrong. We, or I have been prepared for this for some time, however you are never really prepared. I think that being prepared actually makes it worse after the fact because what you assumed is not what really happens. I miss her very much, I miss not being able to talk to her, just hear her voice. I am sad, regretful and tired of feeling down about the loss of closure. Even with being prepared there is so much I never clarified with my mom. We had a very odd relationship, she had this same relationship with everyone. I wish now that I would not have allowed stupidity to rule my life and be afraid of asking the things I wanted afraid of her response. I wish now I had done that as now I have no answers. I need to find some peace with what I know, what I don't know and where to go from here.

Grandma sewing room

So I am almost done with cleaning my grandmas sewing room that wasn’t touched in 10 years because of all the mess, but now that she passed away 2 days ago, I don’t know if I should continue, I wanna finish what I started but I don’t know what to do, my grandpa is still alive and I don’t want to leave this burden on him.See More
