So sorry for your loss, I lost my boyfriend of 8.5 years in February 2016 also. So it's still fresh for both of us. He was my everything. I still can't believe it!! I try look to the future, but it's so hard knowing that he will never be a part of it. My family and friends have been really supportive, but I don't want to become too much of a burden, they have their own lives and I know they can't always be there, that's why I joined this group, It's comforting to know that people understand just what you're going through, they really care.
