About Me:
58 yr. Old. Female. Lost long time male companion to a 7 yr battle with cancer. No children. Little of family. 2 cats. I am artistic and somewhat intellectual. Jeff has been gone a month. I feel quite alone. All calls and temporary concern has stopped
About my Loss:
Jeff was 62 in May. His last birthday. He was a talented carpenter; artist, Hack of all trades. We met in 1993. I took care of him at home with hospice. His diagnosis was in 2013.Head and Neck Cancer. Laryngeal. He seemed to be doing well. Unfortunately; over the 7 yrs; it spread alit in last year and a half. Then Opdivo(immunotherapy gave him a terrible rash for 6 or 7 months of torturous itching;) leading to hospital trips. Finally a steroid temporarily helped . Then it became MRSA. Finally gone a month before he died. The doc had to stop treatment. Jeff was my love ❤️. He was strong and fearless. He had humor. At first; I denied hospice saying he was dying. Jeff loved to create things. Work on things from motor bikes to building guitars, boats; scooters, segways; go karts; homes; Carving , sculpting. He always had a manual or book in front of him I enjoyed many interesting conversations ; and learned alot. He always appreciated my wit; and he had some good with of his own. Now It have to get to know me again. Without Jeff. Physically. Never; though; in my ❤️🌹. He is out there somewhere in the universe. They all are. Energy lives on.

Grandma sewing room

So I am almost done with cleaning my grandmas sewing room that wasn’t touched in 10 years because of all the mess, but now that she passed away 2 days ago, I don’t know if I should continue, I wanna finish what I started but I don’t know what to do, my grandpa is still alive and I don’t want to leave this burden on him.See More
