- Uncle is a veteran, exposed to nerve agents, severe PTSD and is in between medical and hospice stage as he's a severe alcoholic.Liver is shut down, ammonia cannot get under control and is in severe pain in the back and all over. Family is preparing for death as Grandma, mom and myself are his only living immediate relatives.
