About Me:
Newly single mom with 2 amazing kids, trying to cope with a smile on my face
About my Loss:
To summarize my loss seems really difficult, but in a nutshell: My mom is at the end of a long journey with pancreatic cancer which spread to her liver (also a breast cancer survivor). My dog who I've had for too many years to count had to be put down last week, I'm in the middle of an ugly divorce with an abusive man, my 9 year old (the older of my 2 kids) has ASD and significant mental illness, and I've just had to sell my beloved family home. We are moving in 3 weeks to a new town because of the divorce and medical bills. The details of the loss are too horrible to describe in a paragraph or two.

She died from lung disease. Ironic.I was fine at the funeral. Planning. Talking to everyone. I thought u handled it great. Now 4 months later, I’m a mess. Some days I’m perfectly fine, but others I can’t walk down the street without crying. I keep thinking that I haven’t talked to her in a while & I…See More
