About Me:
I was caregiver for my mother for the last 11 years. She lived in her apt attached to my home.
Only help I had was from my husband. My two siblings did not care for her ever! I was 61 years old when I started caring for her. She was very needy most of the time.
About my Loss:
I thought I was prepared for her death but I was not. Ever since I was a child I worried about the day my mother would leave me. I gave her care my all. Since her death I have not been able to be happy over anything.It has been 6 months. My husband and my relationship has fallen apart. We don't know what to do to mend things. I can't get mom out of my daily thoughts, I feel like I am losing my own mind.All my memories are sad even though Mom and I had a busy active life together. I keep having the sad moments overpowering the good memories.

Grandma sewing room
