About Me:
44 year old mom to a 5 year old daughter. Common-law married to her dad for almost 10 years. Moved from Colorado (after almost 30 years there) to Cali in Oct, due to losses and lack of jobs...basically nothing there for me anymore. Hate it here and want to go home!
About my Loss:
My only Brother, who was also my best friend, was killed in a DUI crash Oct 2, 2010. He was the DUI. He left my house, I never even knew he had left, much less drove! The coroner rang my doorbell at 5 am...I thought Brother had locked himself out. 9 days later my dad, who was in the late stages of Parkinson's Disease, joined Brother. Talk about overload of grief!

Grandma sewing room

So I am almost done with cleaning my grandmas sewing room that wasn’t touched in 10 years because of all the mess, but now that she passed away 2 days ago, I don’t know if I should continue, I wanna finish what I started but I don’t know what to do, my grandpa is still alive and I don’t want to leave this burden on him.See More
