About Me:
I am not sure who I am anymore.
About my Loss:
My mother was diagnosed in 2012 with Lung Cancer. My mom told me they may be able to remove it if not then they could use treatment but she should be ok. Months went on, she had tests and then nothing, for months. The doctors ignored her, gave excuses and left her case alone. When they finally saw her, they noticed that the cancer had spread and tried to give her treatment which was useless as it had moved to her brain. I had to watch my mother die slowly for almost a year. She lost all use of her right side. She sometimes did not know who I was. The family doctor (who was great) had said the tumor would do that and it could get worse. She left us in April of this year.

My Fathers Loss

Many years ago, I lost my father after his battle with colon cancer that later spread to his bones. The grief stayed with me longer than I expected. Ambrosia Behavioral Health helped me work through that loss, understand my emotions, and find healthier ways to cope and move forward. https://www.ambrosiatc.comSee More
