I'm age 67, lost my husband five and half years ago and I still struggle daily. i've been looking for answers as to who I am now and I've had to admit this is what "normal" is for me now. Normal has become constant bereavement and hoping my time comes soon. The best I have come to realize is that my particular situation is common amongst those whose spouses were everything good about living. I am one of those who will suffer the loss of my beloved every day.
Take care the best you can......nothing about this is easy.
