About Me:
I'm Lacey. I'm 19. I have a 3 month old son named Connor. I moved out of my house last year to start a family with my boyfriend. I'm a cashier at Schlotzsky's deli. My dream is to one day lend my voice to a badass video game-in-the-making.
About my Loss:
My mother passed away from a heart attack on Christmas Eve 2012 - just 4 days after my son was born. She was 56, would be 57 today. She had nothing wrong with her. She was fine the day before, even hours before. I don't know why it had to happen so suddenly, but i miss her so much. It's hard taking care of a baby without her & i know she would have loved him more than anybody. Babies were her thing.

She was my best friend. I knew her better than anybody, even my other siblings. & she knew me better than anybody.

I'm sad a lot. Even when i smile. I don't have the comfort of my mother anymore & it kills me. I feel anxious, mad, & hopeless. I wish she was here to make it all stop.

Grandma sewing room

So I am almost done with cleaning my grandmas sewing room that wasn’t touched in 10 years because of all the mess, but now that she passed away 2 days ago, I don’t know if I should continue, I wanna finish what I started but I don’t know what to do, my grandpa is still alive and I don’t want to leave this burden on him.See More
