About Me:
I am 16 years old. I love to read books and ride horses, and the only way that I feel close to my loved one that died is when I listen to sad/depressing music.
About my Loss:
My Grandma passed away a little over 3months ago and it's been extremely hard, I cry myself to sleep literally every night and the grief is getting worse, I start to scream at nothing and punch things at random spurts because I don't want to accept that she is gone, I can't. When I was only a year old my parents divorced, which I don't remember, and from that age until around 12 years old, my grandparents were my only family that acted for me. I didn't see my mom or dad or any other family for years on end because nobody wanted me, I am a nothing to everyone I know, except my grandma. I want to get in touch with her but my mom will not let me go to a medium, I don't know what to do with life anymore or ever how to live like this. I've considered suicide multiple times but then I won't be able to ever see her in heaven. Please help...

My Fathers Loss

Many years ago, I lost my father after his battle with colon cancer that later spread to his bones. The grief stayed with me longer than I expected. Ambrosia Behavioral Health helped me work through that loss, understand my emotions, and find healthier ways to cope and move forward. https://www.ambrosiatc.comSee More
