Lost my 23 year old son on November 9 2017. Buried him on his 24th birthday. Struggled with addiction for over 3 years. Still waiting for toxicology report. Found a fentanyl patch in his mouth during the autopsie. Had just moved out of his halfway house and into an apartment 3 days prior.
