- About Me:
- My wife and I met way back when we were little kids. Probably about 8 years old or so. We went from childhood friends to dating when she was 19 and I was 20. We married soon after. She was the light of my life, my best friend. I cannot explain how much I loved her, and still do love her. In the 38 years that we have been married we have gone thru a lot. Most good but not all. But the main thing is we went thru it all together. She was the best wife I could ever have hoped for. A great Mother to our 2 kids. And the best grandmother to our 4 grand kids. She always put us all first. We all loved her very much.
- About my Loss:
- Early this year my wife began not feeling well. When she had a breathing attack we took her to the ER. An x-ray and CT scan later and it was clear she had advanced lung cancer. I retired right away so I could spend as much time as possible with her. We lost her in June.
When you love someone that much and lose her, life will never be the same. I just don't know how I am going to live without her.
