- I lost my dad 7 years ago to lung cancer, and then 2 years ago I lost my mom to breast cancer. I'm having a lot of trouble dealing with this with it being the holidays. Basically from Halloween through the first week of January I'm just a mess.

Hi Katy , So sorry to hear about both of your parents passing during the holidays... it is a rough time to have it happen, my mother just passed right before thanksgiving this year and I have had several other family members pass during holidays... my heart goes out to you ...
