Profile Information

About Me:
I am 60 years old and had to move 60 mile away from home to take care of my 91 yr old mother that was almost blind and had dementia. I promised I would never put her in a nursing home and I didn't.
About my Loss:
Three weeks ago we had a car accident, I hit a car stopped in the road to turn. I didn't see his signal light. I have a broke ankle bruised lungs, & deep cuts to both knees. My 94 year old mother had two broken ankles and her neck was broke in 3 places. She passed away a week after the accident and I feel like I killed my mother even though it was an accident. I can't get over it was my fault she died. I don't know what to do.

My Fathers Loss

Many years ago, I lost my father after his battle with colon cancer that later spread to his bones. The grief stayed with me longer than I expected. Ambrosia Behavioral Health helped me work through that loss, understand my emotions, and find healthier ways to cope and move forward. https://www.ambrosiatc.comSee More
