About Me:
Retired psychologist living in Huntington Beach, CA with husband of 39 years.
About my Loss:
My son and only child died January9, 2018 if a drug overdose in our home. He had left rehab after 75 days, overdosed, was in ICU 3 days and discharged to his dad and I. He was hopeful, talking about the future and thanking us for our many years of help. The next morning his dad found him slumped over the computer. He was 31 years old and had been fighting addiction since the age of 14. I know we did everything to help him, yet the drugs still took him away. I am devastated to lost the tender, loving light of my life.
