About Me:
I'm a single mom with two teenage boys. I am currently a Communication Studies instructor at a community and technical college.I am incredibly spiritual and love philosophy. I am also interested in different spiritual modalities.
About my Loss:
My best friend and the father of my two children passed away suddenly a year ago. I'm struggling with how to parent my grieving kids and finding support for myself as I manage through these intense painful feelings of sadness, anger and fear.
