About Me:
I am a widow now for almost two years and I am 43 years old I am not well have been disabled most of my life. My husband and I were soul mates we met when we where very young, married 20 years this past March all together 28 years of being everything to each other. I have tried to take my life after he passed I know now that is not the answer but I am alone and my family does not get it. I do not know what to do I am mad and angry.
About my Loss:
My husband was everything , he was the nicest person to everyone always wanting to help others, especially at work always brought work home drove me crazy, I would get jealous because he worked so much I wanted that time with him. One morning I woke up and found him dead on the couch, blood coming out of his ears, his teeth were clenched arms folded, I knew he was gone but I started yelling at him throwing hot water and towels but he was gone.

My Fathers Loss

Many years ago, I lost my father after his battle with colon cancer that later spread to his bones. The grief stayed with me longer than I expected. Ambrosia Behavioral Health helped me work through that loss, understand my emotions, and find healthier ways to cope and move forward. https://www.ambrosiatc.comSee More
