About my Loss:
I lost my only daughter 3 days after her 22nd birthday. She was diagnosed with an extremely rare sarcoma in October of 2008 and succumbed to the disease on January 2, 2009. Prior to that she was a healthy and vibrant young woman just beginning her senior year at Temple University. I am coming up on the 5th anniversary of her death and it seems that the grief only gets worse with the passage of time. I have two wonderful sons, one who is awaiting the birth of his first child, my first grandchild and the other who has just finished his degree in Engineering, taken a wonderful job in his field and has asked his girlfriend of 5 years to marry him. I have so many reasons to be happy yet all I want to do is die.

My Fathers Loss

Many years ago, I lost my father after his battle with colon cancer that later spread to his bones. The grief stayed with me longer than I expected. Ambrosia Behavioral Health helped me work through that loss, understand my emotions, and find healthier ways to cope and move forward. https://www.ambrosiatc.comSee More
