About Me:
i am 40 years old and live in Oakland CA. I am single, with no kids. I love reading, enjoying live music when possible and exploring different foods and restaurants. I look forward to connecting others experiencing loss of loved ones.
About my Loss:
It's been hard - over the last 15 yrs my family of 7 has been reduced to 2, just me and one older sister. I've lost both parents and 3 siblings. In the last four years, I've lost both of my brothers and father. Lost my dad in 2012 due to long illness but lost my brothers suddenly - my younger brother(36) last year, and my older brother(42) just last week (February 5, 2015). It was awful, he died in his apartment and was discovered last week. He may have been dead for 2 weeks and was alone. His death has triggered grief I hadn't really dealt with my brother and father.
