- About Me:
- I am a mother of two daughters and a grandmother to four grandchildren (2 boys and 2 twin girls). I am employed full time and plan on retiring in 3 years.
- About my Loss:
- I was married at 20 yrs old and lost my first husband to cancer after 24 years of marriage. I never thought I'd fall in love again but, I did, and married Richard in 2009. Richard was diagnosed with multiple myeloma one and one half years ago. Within the last 2 months he developed cardiac amlyoidis and passed away in July 2012.

Hi everyone. This is my first post here.I lost my brother in December 2024 to an accidental overdose. He passed away suddenly in his sleep. We were only a year and a half apart in age, and he was the closest person I've ever had.One thing I've been struggling with ever since is that I feel an overwhelming pressure to reply to texts and answer calls as soon as I can. Hi Julie,
Sorry for ur loss. U r so unlucky, but God knoows best. They r both in heaven looking down at you. My husband of 28yrs died on June 12th, 2012 and I know how difficult it is for u. We just have to pray nd ask 4 strength to move on.
