About Me:
I am a yoga teacher, energy healer and writer. I am a mother of three adult children. One is in spirit. I am divorced after 30 years of marriage. I started a non profit organization in my son Ben's name after losing him to suicide called Ben Speaks Louder Than Words and teach workshops and speak in schools.
About my Loss:
I lost my son Benjamin in 2009 to suicide after years of battling mental health and emotional challenges. He was bullied and mostly left out. I then lost my two sisters and my marriage.

I am not sure what you mean about service provider. I am here to gain support and talk with others who have been through loss. My work was born through the loss of my boy.

Grandma sewing room
