Profile Information

About Me:
63 year old poet on SSI and working part time in a book store. Adopted at birth. Lost adoptive mother when 4 years old. Alcoholic/abusive father. Abandoned by him to various family members and friends. Found birth mother 10 years after her death. But found full blooded sister and brother who have welcomed me warmly. Have 35 year old son who is married and have a medically needy 3 year old.
About my Loss:
My beautiful younger son, Ethan, died of a methamphetimine overdose on the 21st of July this year. He was living with me, not working, was in love with a terrible girl who was a meth freak. He was ok when not with her, but she drew him back again and again. Died alone in her trailer due to an overdose. Just got the coronor's report today. Devastating.

I am so sorry Judith. I truly understand. I lost my 33 year old son-it will be 2 years on December 7th. This is hell, but we are all here for you, we listen, we care. I have ranted and raved and cried my heart out here. I am so thankful I found this safe place. I send you love and hugs.
