- I'm 56 and I know that my life's not over, but it sure feels like it. thought I had a handle on my grief, I think I just wasn't dealing with it - I just was running away from it. It's kicked in pretty bad and I could use someone to talk to. I finally broke down and went to see a counselor two weeks ago ( I felt like I was a wimp for going to see someone ). But I will go back, I would be good to talk to someone, I'm trying not to burden my children anymore than I have.
- About my Loss:
- I lost my wife of 32 years in December of 2014 to Cancer. Over a period of 5 years she was diagnosed with Breast Cancer and eventually died of Brain Cancer. She was 56.
