About Me:
Hi there! My name is Jeff, and I'm traveling the country with my dog promoting mental health awareness and vulnerability.

About my Loss:
My struggle through adult life has been very tough. I'm 36 now, but I lost my mom suddenly when I was 18, my best friend died in the Virginia Tech Massacre when I was 23, and my dad died with Parkinson's when I was 27. Since my dad's passing, I have whole-heartedly committed myself to growth because all I have is myself and my dog.

I do offer life coaching services if anyone is interested. This is not the reason I joined this site though.
