Profile Information

About Me:
I am a retired social service professional and have been a widow since December 2007. I have one child, a Son, 32, married and living 3,000 miles away. I am connected to a Christian church and study/pray every day. I am blessed to have some close friends. Yet I have no family close by except for a dear Nephew and family 100 hundred miles away. I have experienced the loss of all the rest of my family.
About my Loss:
In 9 years, I have lost 7 immediate family members: Husband, Father in law, Mom, favorite Auntie, Brother in law, and most recently, my dear Mother in law and only sibling, a Sister. I feel very alone and my losses are overwhelming me with deep grief, depression and anxiety. I need more compassionate support and although I see a licensed counselor, it isn't providing me with enough support for she is very hard to get into see. Thankfully I have my faith. I hope online grief support will provide me with more understanding contact and help. Thank you for this website.

Grandma sewing room
