About my Loss:
My husband died 4 moths ago from a meth overdose. We were separated for 2 years previously. I was hoping he'd clean himself up if for nothing else our kids. I felt like I was the bad guy none of his family believe me, they all said he was doing good. It had been a roller coaster of things once I found out he was using meth and since his death in still feel like I'm on it. I'm angry that he let it take everything from him and for the people he was using with. His family for enabling him and being more concerned with him getting mad than trying to help him. It's all still new and I know I'll go through emotions. I haven't told the kids what he died from, I thought he needed to have some kind of dignity in his death....maybe that will change as they get older.
