- I love my animals. I have 2 little dogs. they are my reason for getting out of bed each day

- whew, well ok my mommy committed suicide with a gun o her head and then my dads new girlfriend was found dead in the same bed I was asleep in with her, then my sister sandy was murdered, then my dad died in that same house right in front of me when i was 15, then my other sister committed suicide and then I came home and found my fiancée dead..But in 2012 my closest sister tammy was murdered by her insane boyfriend and she was my everything and the one I cant get past. the one that keeps me stuck in a dark place I cant find my way out of.

Traumatic loss of an only child
I started this group so that people who have lost their only child or the only child that remained, as in my case, could come together because I believe people that did have a child or children who now have none have special issues.
Loss of a loved one to alcohol, substance abuse or suicide
If you have lost a loved one to alcohol, substance abuse or suicide please share your story or feelings here. Share the love and beauty of the one you lost. Losing someone any of these ways is not natural and can be hard to understand and ask why? I lost my Mother to an overdose 9 years ago. She also suffered from major depression. Janet, I am so sorry to hear about your multiple losses of loved ones. I lost my young wife unexpectedly in 2014 and though I am a funeral director and deal with loss professionally on a daily basis on top of dealing with my own loss, I cannot begin to imagine how you must feel right now.
