Profile Information

About Me:
I am a 39 year old greiving lady for the last 9 months (and from a few years before that... when I lost my stepdad.) I am open-minded, compassionate, offer an open ear and hope to help others too while getting some help myself.
About my Loss:
In June of 2015 my mother was diagnosed with Cancer in the liver.... metastatic liver cancer that is... they never did find the primary source...she had a rare cancer and unfortunately, by the time they found it and diagnosed it was Stage IV, and no treatment available. Her diagnosis of Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma was terminal and she had a few months to a year they said left...She passed Dec 11, 2015.

My Fathers Loss

Many years ago, I lost my father after his battle with colon cancer that later spread to his bones. The grief stayed with me longer than I expected. Ambrosia Behavioral Health helped me work through that loss, understand my emotions, and find healthier ways to cope and move forward. https://www.ambrosiatc.comSee More
