About my Loss:
I lost my Mom March 22, 2012 she was 63 years old...her death was pretty sudden...but I mean everyone thinks their parents are immortal. Long story short: I found her when she died... It bothers me constantly. I feel crazy. I have vivid dreams and nightmares. Shes constantly in them and when shes not I get scared. I also lost my Dad when I was around 9...and my sister when I was 14..I just feel as if everyone is leaving me behind and I dont know why.

My Fathers Loss

Many years ago, I lost my father after his battle with colon cancer that later spread to his bones. The grief stayed with me longer than I expected. Ambrosia Behavioral Health helped me work through that loss, understand my emotions, and find healthier ways to cope and move forward. https://www.ambrosiatc.comSee More
