Does anyone else feel pressure to always reply because you're afraid it'll be the last conversation?
Hi everyone. This is my first post here.I lost my brother in December 2024 to an accidental overdose. He passed away suddenly in his sleep. We were only a year and a half apart in age, and he was the closest person I've ever had.One thing I've been struggling with ever since is that I feel an overwhelming pressure to reply to texts and answer calls as soon as I can. Sorry I was afk when you said hello on chat.. So hello to you..So very sorry for your loss. I notice it's been a little over a yr for you..How are you doing? I love to be able to answer that question so honestly here. I just celebrated my first Thanksgiving without my mother it was hard. But I had alot of family over and we talked alot about my mother. I was sad but I was ok. Well everyone left I instantly felt sad. I could feel something missing all day, But I tried to make the best of it. I hope your Thanksgiving was as good as it could be.
