My mom died 4 months ago
My mom had pulmonary fibrosis. She was sick for a few years. It was funny how when my grandmother smoked, my mom would always say-I’m gonna die from second hand smoke. My mom never smoked. James, you have to give yourself some time here, it's only been a few days for me it's been 23 months. Grieving is a process of many emotions , move at your own pace, let it come naturally even though it's now a natural thing that you are going through right now. Be patient and kind to yourself, lots of ups and downs are coming your way. Keep in touch.
