- In my mid 40s needed a support group
- About my Loss:
- I lost two family members this year. My younger sister in January on my birthday, and my cousin 2 months later in March. Medical examiner finally contacted me with the toxicology report for my sister. This happened a month ago. What my family and I thought was an accidental overdose was in fact suicide. I have absolutely no help from my parents or extended family, basically fending for myself since I was a teenager. My father is still abusive to this day (I no longer live with them was kicked out while still in my teens, and in college) my mother is still with him. Literally haven’t had any support whatsoever through any of this.
