Profile Information

About Me:
I live in Portland, have a boyfriend and a 5 year old son. I work 2 part time jobs and live a good life, with lots of friends and positive activities and good neighbors. I have little or not family, and feel very detached from the life I had growing up.
About my Loss:
My mother died in 97, my father died in 2007, and my stepmother died in 2008. She died the day of my baby shower, which was one month before my son was born with Spina Bifida. I remained incredibly strong through everything, but now, 5 and a half years later, really feel the emptiness of not having parents or parental figures.

My Fathers Loss

Many years ago, I lost my father after his battle with colon cancer that later spread to his bones. The grief stayed with me longer than I expected. Ambrosia Behavioral Health helped me work through that loss, understand my emotions, and find healthier ways to cope and move forward. https://www.ambrosiatc.comSee More
