About Me:
Middle aged widow, single mother, reader and herbalist.Alone and self isolated giving my daughter only a life, I have no one to share my grief, thoughts or loss with. I need to become healthier about this and have a life again and my pyschologist said, join a group so now I am.
About my Loss:
My husband passed away from Cancer 10 years ago, ubdergping brutal treatmebt for 3 years before passing. Some days the grief is still so raw I cant breath, I have just existed in a limbo waiting for normal to come back but knowing now it wont.

Hi everyone. This is my first post here.I lost my brother in December 2024 to an accidental overdose. He passed away suddenly in his sleep.
