Even if the loss you experienced wasn't a 'sudden' or traumatic death, what we all have experienced is trauma. When the person we love dies, we truly have to start this life again and learn anew what this world is all about and who we are.

Let us talk about our pain and it not be an uncomfortable topic.
Our pain is very natural and it will heal through acceptance.
