About my Loss:
Hello, i am not sure if this is where i need to be. I lost the love of my life Oct 28 2016. We were only married 3 months. My sweet wonderfully quirky husband died of undiagnosed pneumonia, he was a smoker and didnt show outwardly signs or have a fever. I am 27, he was 25 almost 26. I dove into arrangements, services, and moving back with my parents. We had just barely begun our life in florida. After it happened, i dove from thw service into thankgiving trying toniccupy myself. Then in December the shock started looping with numbness, now i am reaching extreme emotional sadness, depression, and a darkness i didnt know existed. I feel so lost....my whole future was around our love. We wanted a family, we wanted happiness, love, and memories.....i always told him as long as i had him id live in a box and be happy.... now i feel as thougj i have nothing....even the real me is hiding, the me he helped me find is in pieces. I can barely sleep, and i cant have privacy to weep....i feel so lost.

My Fathers Loss

Many years ago, I lost my father after his battle with colon cancer that later spread to his bones. The grief stayed with me longer than I expected. Ambrosia Behavioral Health helped me work through that loss, understand my emotions, and find healthier ways to cope and move forward. https://www.ambrosiatc.comSee More
